Islazul Recovers Hotels in Ciego de Avila
Monday, November 13, 2017

Havana.- The Cuban group Islazul completed the recovery of several hotels in eastern Ciego de Avila province to meet the increasing demand during the peak tourist season over the next few months.

In that regard, the Aparthotel Azul, on Cayo Coco, was one of the remodeled facilities, so it offers 317 rooms now.

In addition, the villas Punta Rasa, Sitio La Güira, Villa Gregorio, Casa Vigía and Jardín Los Cocos will be reopened in late November.

Works are under way in the Moron Hotel, whose roof, windows and façade were damaged by Hurricane Irma.

The Hotel Group Islazul runs 739 rooms in the province, 368 of which are in establishments on the region's northern keys.
