Havana to Host Spanish and Flamenco Dance Festival |

Havana.- The Cuban capital will host the first edition of the International Spanish and Flamenco Dance Festival, scheduled for November at the Grand Theater of Havana.
The program will include shows like The House of Bernarda Alba, by the Spanish Ballet of Cuba with a choreography by Maestro Eduardo Veitía.
The event will be dedicated to the Spanish dancers Antonio Gades and Cristina Hoyos, and the agenda will also include master lectures.
Several Cuban troupes, in addition to the host company, will participate in the festival, in addition to guest dancers and groups from Mexico, Chile and Spain.
Cuba will be represented by the flamenco companies Ecos, Alma Flamenca and Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba, as well as the soprano singer Bárbara Llanes, the guitarist Luis Manuel Molina and the singer Lindiana Murphy.
