More Security in Las Vegas Hotels
Monday, October 16, 2017

New York.- Several hotels in Las Vegas, in the United States, have taken measures to improve security to access the establishments.

Those actions respond to the recent incident in that city, where Stephen Paddock opened fire at participants in a concert, killing 58 people.

Paddock checked in at the Mandalay Bay Hotel carrying ten pieces of luggage containing 20 firearms, including semiautomatic rifles and ammunition.

The security measures include checking guests' luggage and using manual metal detectors.

The hotels have also set up security teams that are surrounding the perimeters and control people's movements around them.
