New Convention Center to Open in Colombia |

Bogota.- The Cuban capital will have a new facility for congresses and events after the Agora International Convention Center, which can hold 4,000 people, is inaugurated.
The 64,883-square-meter center was executed at a cost of nearly 140 million dollars, which were provided by the government and the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota.
The Agora International Convention Center consists of a main 3,100-square-meter hall and ten halls that can be divided into 18 meeting rooms that can seat from 100 to 2,000 persons.
In addition, the facility complements its services with 1,055 parking spaces, 19 elevators, 12 escalators, four kitchens and three terraces, among other amenities.
According to experts, an average of 212 events could be held every year, including the International Conference on Tourism.
