Cuban Dance Company to Stage Fuerza y Compás again |

Havana.- The company Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba will return to Cuba's stages with the show "Fuerza y Compás".
Most choreographies in the show were created by Lizt Alfonso, who is also the group's director.
The company, founded 25 years ago, has performed in 200 cities of the world and is characterized by its fusion of flamenco, ballet, and contemporary dance, as well as folkloric and popular dances.
It is also the only Cuban dance company that has performed at the ceremony of the Latin Grammy Awards.
In 2008, the group won the DORA International Award in Toronto, Canada.
In 2016, Alfonso was granted the Spotlight International Award for the Arts and Humanities, granted every year by the White House.
