Cuban Gastronomy for All

Havana.- Cuban gastronomy offers a wide range of dishes that are representatives of the island nation and are an attraction for domestic and foreign tourists.

In that regard, the Federation of Culinary Associations of the Republic of Cuba (FACRC) published a list of dishes and recipes representatives of Cuban cuisine.

The list includes black beans, tamales, corn and tuber fries, eastern congri and yucca with garlic and oil-based sauce, among others.

Other dishes are cassava bread, fried plantain, roast pork, Creole ground beef and stewed meat in tomato sauce (ropa vieja).

The FACRC has received letters of acknowledgment from national and international personages, institutions and organizations that have highlighted the merits, traditions and multiple values of Cuban cuisine.
