Havana.- The Cuban capital hosts this month an extensive program of activities linked to Haiti's Culture Week in the island.
According to the organizers, the event is dedicated to the 213 anniversary of the triumph of the Haitian Revolution.
The main activities include the inauguration of the Haitian Numismatic Exhibition: Culture and History, which includes more than 50 pieces and curiosities from Port-au-Prince.
Likewise, displays of photography and painting; presentation of documentaries and conferences; to which the music is added with a concert in the Minor Basilica of the Saint Francis of Assisi Convent.
The agenda also includes floral offerings to the Cuban National Hero José Martí, and the Haitian heroes Alexandre Pétion and Toussaint Louverture.
