Call for Workshop on Cuban Heritage Cities |

Havana.- The city of Cienfuegos, in the central province of the same name, will host the VII edition of the National Workshop on Cuban Heritage Cities.
The meeting focuses on the promotion of cultural tourism, as a dynamic element in those cities of high architectural and historical value.
The forum will also bring together experts from the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), as well as delegates from the 10 Cuban squares that make up the network of heritage cities.
The speakers will take into account the integrating elements of the plan for structuring tourist areas and high residential vocation in these urban centers.
This initiative also promotes the preservation of heritage values, taking into account the importance of guaranteeing the historical legacy.
