Visual Arts in Cuban Literary Contest |

Havana.- The 58thedition of the Literary Prize Casa de Las Americas, based in this capital, will have in its program a wide presence of the visual arts.
As part of the collateral activities of the contest the inauguration in the Latin American Gallery of the collective exhibition In space: From the Sculptural to the Installation, is planned.
A dozen authors with about 20 pieces, some of which are patrimonial artworks, were selected for this exhibit with a view to forming an overview of the work of different generations.
In that way, it covers from the 70's of the last century to the present; as well as the evolution of sculpture and installation in the last four decades.
In addition, an important part of the collections that are available to the institution Casa de las Américas in their collections will be made public.
