Cuban Women Baseball Present at Global Event |

Havana.- Cuba will attend the Women's World Baseball Championship, scheduled to take place in South Korea in the first half of September.
The Cuban squad is integrated in group A, where they face Venezuela and Pakistan, besides the hosts, to close the preliminary round.
Cuban experts on the island indicated that the target is to improve the results achieved in the last edition of Edmonton (Canada) in 2012, when Cuba ended eighth.
To do this, a roster was formed with players who were at the world event and several of Pan American sub-20 this year in the Dominican Republic.
Division B teams include Japan, Canada, India and the Netherlands, while the C hosts the United States, Australia, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
