Community Health Services Improve in Cuba |

Havana.- Health services in the province of Las Tunas, in the east of the island, take actions to ensure attention to communities.
In this environment features an extensive investment program, repair and maintenance to improve the structural conditions of the units in the sector.
For that matter the project Health for All is performed, which aims to rehabilitate the family doctors' offices, with the support of agricultural production units, sugarcane and other economic targets located in communities.
As part of the work, the House of Grandparents in the municipality of Manati, with the capacity to serve up to 40 elderly adults, was repaired.
A nursing home in Jobabo was renovated and the construction of a new such facility for elderly people was authorized.
