Cuba Dominates Classic Wrestling in Rio de Janeiro-2016 |

Havana.- Cuba dominated the actions of Greco-Roman Wrestling in the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, with three medals achieved.
The cumulative balance for the island´s representatives included two titles, including that of Mijain Lopez in the category of more than 130 kilograms to ratify the award obtained in Beijing 2008 and London 2012.
In addition, Ismael Borrero won the 59 kg division and Yasmani Lugo added a silver medal in the 98 kg.
Cuban experts in Cuba were satisfied with this result, because the initial forecasts pointed to a gold medal and a bronze.
Wrestling brought many medals to Cuba in Olympic Games, from the first title, managed by Hector Milian, in Barcelona-1992, joined by the bronzes of Juan Luis Marén and Wilbert Sanchez.
