Natural Medicine Promoted in Ciego de Avila |

Havana.- The natural and traditional medicine gains spaces in the province of Ciego de Avila, with a dozen specialized farms dedicated to this work.
Specialists in the health sector assumed project management as an alternative to promote, prevent and rehabilitate people who need that service.
The goal is to exceed 27 tons of dry mass of healing plants reached the previous year, which already account for more than 50 percent of that amount from January to the end of June.
Higher volumes correspond to species like French oregano, wall, aloe vera, linden, mangle, hibiscus, guava, Cimarron indigo, sweet orange, pine male and passionflower.
In addition, in the territory there is a homeopathic pharmacy that provides care to the population, coupled with dedicated marketing of products for floral therapy works.
