New Facilities for Tourism in Santiago de Cuba

Havana.- The province of Santiago de Cuba, in the eastern part of the island, will have new facilities to accommodate visitors by the reactivation of hotel facilities.

According to industry sources, during this year several establishments will come back into service, such as Grand Hotel Imperial, operated by Cubanacan Group and designed with the Four Stars category.

The first of the centers, former headquarters of the FORMATUR school, will have 42 rooms and an improved display with the Encanto brand, characterized by its high standard product.

Meanwhile, the Imperial is accustomed by 39 rooms after undergoing an extensive restoration process and the return of the splendor that its eclectic architecture once had.

The territory also added in the second half of 2015 hotel Punta Gorda's 12 rooms, as well as the modernization of 27 rooms in the village La Gran Piedra.
