Havana.- CONFORMAT company, located in the western province of Matanzas, faces a major challenge in managing production in the current year.
The plant, property of Envametal, aims to deliver in 2016 about 97,000 fire extinguishers and tanks, plus 308,000 10 kg gas cylinders.
According to experts, it is the only entity that assumes the manufacture of both assets, hence its importance in the strategy of import substitution for the national economy.
CONFORMAT mission includes effective and quality production of pressure recipients and household cold forming and welding products, in order to meet the needs of domestic and foreign customers.
As part of the investment, three machines for arc welding were incorporated, which will strengthen the productive and technological capabilities of the industry.
