Good Professional Training Guarantees High Quality of Cuban Tourism |

Havana.- The professional training of the personnel who is working in Cuba's tourism sector is part of a strategy to improve the quality of services in a fast-growing environment.
Under that premise, the Cuban Association of Social Communicators (ACCS) is promoting educational events on tourism-related issues.
During the summer season, where the number of foreign tourists decreases, workshops on different topics are held.
Public Relations in Tourist Services, Marketing and Administration of Services are some of the most demanded topics among 16 options offered in the western province of Matanzas.
The minimum enrollment to organize the workshops is 20 students, and each training event consists of five weekly sessions. Participants must high school, technical school or university graduates.
