Facilities for Tourism in Central Cuba |

Havana.- The city of Remedios, in the central Cuban province of Villa Clara, is restoring new facilities for tourism as part of celebrations on the 500th anniversary of its foundation.
The projects include the completion of the interior reconstruction of Taberna de los Siete Juanes, which will have an underground winery, and the decoration of Casa del Café y el Tabaco.
Tourism authorities also noted the installation of equipment at the ice cream parlor Doña Lala and a shop, in addition to restoration works in the future Camino del Principe Hotel.
The hotel's renovation is at 80 percent and works will start in a nearby building where the hotel's restaurant, game hall and a dozen rooms will be located.
The renovation program also includes a building that will be the eight-room Hotel El Real, and the enlargement of the kitchen of the Hotel Moscotte, among other facilities.
