Foreign Presence in Romerías de Mayo in Holguín |

Havana.- The 21st edition of the Romerías de Mayo Festival, held in the eastern Cuban province of Holguín, will bring together representatives from 25 Latin American and European countries.
According to organizers, the event favors creators, due to the diversity of cultural expressions and activities held during the festival.
In that regard, the program consists of carrying Holguín's Ax to Loma de la Cruz (Cross Hill), a peregrination to the Consistorial House and planting the Tree of Friendship.
In addition, there will be a debate on the universal nature of regional cultures and a tribute to the founding fathers of Latin America.
Other events will be concerts, exhibitions, workshops and several sessions of socio-cultural reflection at the Interactive Social Forum.
