New Nature Tourism Option in Remedios |

Havana.- The city of Remedios, in the central Cuban province of Villa Clara, is preparing new options to develop nature tourism.
Efforts focus on the restoration and remodeling of Villa Caonao, which will increase the potential of the company Campismo Popular on the territory.
The province is expected to operate eight camping sites with more than 1,000 capacities in local rivers, beaches and the countryside.
The first stage of works will consist of remodeling the restaurant, cafeteria, grill, shop, fence and bathing areas in the river.
In addition, 16 cabins are scheduled to start up operations next year to accommodate vacationers.
