Havana to Host Spain's Imprint Festival

Havana.- The Cuban capital will host this month the 26th Spain's Imprint Festival, which will be dedicated to the region of Galicia.

The program will consist of two photo exhibitions and several lectures on the Road to Santiago, in addition to a concert by bagpiper Cristina Pato.

Concerts, workshops, flamenco and classical dance, exhibitions and a wide range of initiatives will be part of this edition of the festival, which acknowledges Spain's legacy in Cuba.

In addition, the Cuban duet Buena Fe and singer songwriter Andrés Suárez will be a concert, and there will be a street parade by the Remedios Parrandas.

As a new element, the dance company Alma Mater, from the University of Havana, will perform for the first time, as well as dancers from the National Ballet of Cuba (BNC) and the Irene Rodríguez Company.
