Cuba's Attractions to Be Promoted at Tourism Fair of Madrid

Havana.- Cuba will attend the upcoming edition of the International Tourism Fair (FITUR) of Madrid, where the Caribbean island's attractions will be promoted.

That way, the Cuban delegation will promoted the new hotels and services in a 170-square-meter stand at Pavilion 10.

On this occasion, priorities are Santiago de Cuba and Remedios, two cities that will celebrate their 500th anniversary this year, and Jardines del Rey (King's Gardens).

In addition, the travel agency Paradiso, which promotes cultural tourism, will launch the latest CD by Cuban musician Eliades Ochoa, who was a member of the Buena Vista Social Club.

Cuba will provide information on the products being commercialized by the hotel chains Gran Caribe, Islazul, Cubanacán, Habaguanex, Grupo Gaviota, Iberostar, Grupo Pestana, Meliá Hoteles and Hoteles NH, among other companies.
