Cuba Promotes Tourist Attractions in Spain |

Havana.- Cuba's tourist attractions were promoted in the Spanish cities of Vigo, Oviedo and San Sebastián.
The promotional campaign focused on beach destinations, in addition to the celebrations on the 500th anniversary of the eastern city of Santiago de Cuba.
The campaign was carried out by agents and representatives of the hotel chains Iberostar, Gran Caribe, Meliá, Blue Diamond, Blau Hoteles, Barceló, Be Live and the Pestana Group.
The list of tour operators also included Guamá-Havanatur, San Cristóbal, Travelplan, Cuarta Isla, Quelonea, Catai, Politours, WorldTravel Bitácora, FSB Viajes and Air Europa.
At the end of September, Spain ranked ninth among Cuba's tourist-sending markets and reported an interannual growth of 5.8 percent.
