Hospital in Eastern Cuba Remodeled |

Havana.- The Agostinho Neto Teaching Hospital, in the eastern Cuban province of Guantanamo, is benefiting from the capital renovation of its surgical facilities.
According to experts, works are being done without interrupting services.
The remodeling works will involve nine operating rooms, including four delivery rooms, two to perform cesarean section and two pre- and post-operative areas, central sterilization, nursing station and inner halls.
In addition, experts have repaired 21 air conditioning consoles that guarantee the ideal temperature and clean air in the operating rooms.
The equipment was broken due to three decades of exploitation and the action of chemicals.
