Cuban Musical Group to Perform in Mexico |

Havana.- The musical group Cantos de Manzanillo, which was founded in eastern Cuba, will perform in October in the Mexican coastal resort of Acapulco.
According to the program, the group, which is directed by Jesús Estrada and features Richard Gómez as the leading singer and guitar player, will give at least six concerts in Mexico.
The group also includes Olga Leticia González and Karelia Naranjo (keyboard and singer), and Diana Gutiérrez, who plays the violin and sings.
Cantos de Manzanillo is a temporary group consisting of a piano, keyboard, violin, bass, guitar, tres (a Cuban guitar-like typical instrument), congas and percussion.
The group plays a wide range of Cuban musical genres such as son, guajira, bachata, danzón, chachachá, traditional music, habaneras, rock, sacred music and ochanga.
