South African Cinema in Cuban Theaters |

Havana.- The Cuban capital will host the 4th Exhibition of South African Cinema from October 6-12 to promote the latest films made in that country.
The initiative is sponsored by the South African Embassy in Cuba, in conjunction with the Cuban Institute of Cinematographic Art and Industry (ICAIC).
The exhibition is also part of events being held in the two countries to celebrate the 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations.
The program includes films such as "Cry for the Beloved Land", "Serafine", "Forgiveness", "Football: More Than a Game", "Drum" and "White Wedding", most of which are based on true stories.
According to experts, the abovementioned motion pictures have had a great impact on South African moviegoers and worldwide, due to the emotion of the stories being told and the messages conveyed.
