Cuba's Best Badminton Player to Compete in World Championship |

Havana.- Osleni Guerrero, Cuba's best badminton player, will compete in the World Championship, scheduled from August 25 to 31 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
It will be Guerrero's second participation in such a major competition. In the previous championship in Guangzhou, China, he lost in the first round 14-21 and 21-23 to Spanish player Pablo Abián.
At present, Guerrero places 46th in the world ranking of that sport, his best position ever, due to his participation in international events.
Guerrero has scored 29,330 points and he is ranks first in the American country, ahead of US player Sattawat Pongnairat.
