Cuban Rum Distillery Certifies its Quality |

Havana.- The Santiago de Cuba distillery, in the eastern province by the same name, certified its productions according to the ISO 17025 quality standards of 2006.
The plant, which produces the Santiago, Caney and Varadero brands, has the necessary general requirements for the competitiveness of the calibration and test laboratories.
In addition, the distillery was granted the certificates for the implementation of a management system according to the Cuban standards of 2005 and 2008 which are both essential to compete in the international market.
The evaluation is in keeping with each and every one of its products, all of which have brand protection.
The Territorial Quality Standardization Office, taking into account the abovementioned results, is now in charge of continuing the increase in the professional level of the region.
