Cuba Promotes Handicraft Exports |

Havana.- The increase in handicraft exports is among the main objectives of the National Handicraft Fair to be held in Pabexpo.
According to the organizers, four exhibition halls will be filled with more than 300 pieces from domestic institutions and individual artists.
Executives from the Cuban Fund of Cultural Assets emphasized the importance of improving finish quality in order to be competitive and promote sales abroad.
The abovementioned institution also aims at encouraging reproductions of artistic works in order for the population to have access to relevant pieces.
In addition, there is a growth in artwork productions taking into account the possibility of reducing imports and as an incentive to develop different artistic manifestations.
