New InterContinental Brand in India |

London.- The group InterContinental will introduce the brand Holiday Inn Express in India in 2013, as part of the consortium's expansion policy.
The group signed a contract with the local Amrapali Group to start running six hotels in India from 2013 to 2015.
The new hotels will be the Holiday Inn Express Noida Extension and the Holiday Inn Express Jaipur Hitech City, with 200 rooms each, and the Holiday Inn Express Indore Pithampur and the Holiday Inn Express Kochi Aluva Junction, with 150 rooms each.
The other two hotels will be the Holiday Inn Patna and the Holiday Inn Suites Noida Sector 76, with 150 rooms.
The two companies are developing seven other establishments, including a Crowne Plaza hotel in Udaipur, which is scheduled for inauguration in late 2014.
