Japanese Cuisine at Emblematic Cuban Hotel
Monday, April 2, 2007

Havana.- The Meliá Cohíba Hotel, one of the best establishments in the Cuban capital, has devoted one of its restaurants to Japanese cuisine.

The restaurant Fusión El Abanico has been decorated with Japanese motives, including paintings of geishas, flowers and lamps.

Customers can taste exquisite Japanese dishes such as sashimi, sushi, tuna tataki and grilled octopus with Japanese sauce.

Japanese dishes can also be tasted in a corner of the Plaza Habana Smorgasbord and the restaurant La Brasa by the swimming pool.

With that initiative, the Meliá Cohíba Hotel offers guests an excellent culinary choice, as Japanese cuisine is one of the most demanded in the world at present.
